Liz Lange, Founder & Director of Liz Lange Maternity (www.lizlange.com / www.target.com) and Co-Founder of Shopafrolic (www.shopafrolic.com ), speaks with NEXT for Women about believing in yourself. Despite no formal fashion training other than working as an assistant at Vogue, Liz founded a successful fashion business. Her advice: "believe in yourself in the face of others not believing".

Liz, you're a great example of how much you can accomplish when you believe in yourself! Thank you for the great reminder that our external world starts from inside and the beliefs we have about ourselves. No one else can give us this. Thank you!
